お客様のご都合（イメージ違い・サイズ違いなど）による返品・交換は、未使用かつ商品タグやパッケージが破損していない場合に限り、商品到着後3日以内のご連絡で対応いたします。
ただし、その際の往復送料および返金にかかる手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

※商品到着後3日を過ぎた場合は、いかなる理由でも返品・交換をお受けできません。必ず期限内にご連絡をお願いいたします。

返品商品を確認後、問題がなければ以下の方法で返金いたします。

• クレジットカード払いの場合：ご利用のカード会社を通じて返金処理いたします（処理に1〜2週間程度かかる場合があります）

• 銀行振込・コンビニ払いの場合：ご指定の口座にお振込いたします（振込手数料を差し引いた金額を返金）

We take great care in the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for an exchange or refund.

Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., wrong size, different impression) are accepted only if the item is unused and the tags and packaging are intact, and we are contacted within 3 days of delivery.
In such cases, return shipping fees and any applicable refund handling charges will be borne by the customer.

Please note: We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 3 days from delivery for any reason.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• > The item has been damaged, soiled, or altered while in the customer's possession

• > The item was sold as a final sale or marked as non-returnable (e.g., sale items, lucky bags)

• > We were contacted more than 3 days after the delivery date

After confirming the returned item, we will process a refund using the following method:

• For credit card payments: The refund will be processed via your credit card company. Please note it may take 1?2 weeks for the refund to appear.

• For bank transfer or convenience store payments: The refund will be transferred to your designated bank account (minus any applicable bank transfer fees).
